Executive Builders

If you grant us the privilege of working with you, we pledge to operate with honesty and integrity. We treat our customers with genuine care, making every effort to serve with quality and excellence in a highly professional manor.  We guarantee all of our work so you can rest assured that it will be done well and right.

Our goal, at all the companies represented by “Serve Cheyenne” is to seek to build enduring relationships.  Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work toward that future with you.

Who are we? That’s not as easy to answer as one would think. I could list all the things we do. From construction to commercial lawn care, acreage mowing, excavation, home remodel, home repair and much more. We started doing one thing… mowing acreage… and now… we do a lot of things. If what we do, is what define us, then obviously we need to see a psychologist. What we do has never defined us. We started and have continued with one key motivation. A passion to serve. It is at the center of all we do. That truth that the greatest among us are the servants, runs in my blood. I love to work with and around humble people (amazing, gifted and talented also) who care more for others then they do for themselves. Who doesn’t like to be around those kinds of people? I get far more pleasure and satisfaction out of being the one who serves then the one who is served. It’s a principle that runs contrary to most of what we experience in this life. My press each day, is for every one of our customers to experience something so desperately different that they can’t help but be knocked over with our excellence, care and concern. We meet regularly with our teams and remind them that what we do is far less important than how we do what we do. I hope that your experience with us matches our vision. If it doesn’t… I want to hear about it. If it does please let us know also. We continually work to ensure that you experience the kind of care that raises your view of what service should be like.

Pursuing enduring relationships,

Jerry Millsap

Matthew 23 1-12

Then Jesus spoke to the crowds and to His disciples, 2 saying: “The scribes and the Pharisees have seated themselves in the chair of Moses; 3 therefore all that they tell you, do and observe, but do not do according to their deeds; for they say things and do not do them. 4 “They tie up heavy burdens and lay them on men’s shoulders, but they themselves are unwilling to move them with so much as a finger. 5“But they do all their deeds to be noticed by men; for they broaden their phylacteries and lengthen the tassels of their garments. 6 “They love the place of honor at banquets and the chief seats in the synagogues, 7 and respectful greetings in the market places, and being called Rabbi by men. 8 “But do not be called Rabbi; for One is your Teacher, and you are all brothers. 9“Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven. 10 “Do not be called leaders; for One is your Leader, that is, Christ. 11 “But the greatest among you shall be your servant. 12 “Whoever exalts himself shall be humbled; and whoever humbles himself shall be exalted.”
