OUR STORY

Executive Builders was established in partnership in 2012 between Jerry Millsap and Don Blakesley.  Jerry and Don found that their shared vision of providing honest, transparent service with integrity and quality would be the foundation for future growth.  Additionally, their Christian faith made for a clear vision.  Don oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.

Don was raised and graduated from Lovell High school in northern Wyoming.  Don learned the value of hard work, integrity, and treating people right growing up in a small town in Wyoming.

Don has had an impressive career in the construction industry. After graduating from college in Denver, he relocated to Southern California and began his career in construction. He returned to Denver and founded Triple B construction, which grew in market coverage focused on residential home framing. Don then founded American Building Contractors in Southern California, which specialized in exceptional residential remodeling and custom home construction. Over the next 17 years, he grew the company into a successful business.

 

In the same 17-year period, Don would marry his wife, Pati and raise 4 children.  Understanding the value of being in Wyoming and a growing need to tend to family.  Don sold ABC in 2011 and relocated to Cheyenne.

In 2012, he partnered with Jerry to manage "The Maintenance Man," which  grew and evolved into Executive Builders in 2013. Don's primary focus has always been on building-lasting relationships with clients, regardless of the size of the project.
